Frequently Asked Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. On iOS, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → YaPredictions. On Android, go to Google Play → Subscriptions. Your access will continue until the end of the billing period.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open the YaPredictions app, go to the subscription screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same account used for the original purchase.

Why can't I see my predictions?

Predictions are available to PRO subscribers. If you have an active subscription and still can't see predictions, try logging out and back in, or contact our support team.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all payment methods supported by the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android), including credit/debit cards and digital wallets.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information is encrypted and never sold to third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

Do you offer refunds?

Refund requests are handled by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) according to their respective policies. You can request a refund directly through the App Store or Google Play.
